Marinha to Benagil Walking Trail – A Breathtaking Cliffside Hike 
The walk between Marinha Beach and Benagil Beach is one of the most scenic sections of the Algarve’s coastline. Part of the renowned Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, this route offers spectacular views of limestone cliffs, hidden coves, and the deep blue Atlantic.
Spanning about 1.5 km (one way), the trail follows the rugged cliffs, passing through natural arches, stone formations, and wild vegetation. It’s a relatively easy walk, suitable for most fitness levels, with plenty of spots to stop for photos or admire the coastline.
This hike is especially popular at sunrise and sunset, when the light hits the rocks beautifully.
